EMPLOYMENT
POSITION: SERVER
LOCATION: INDIAN SPRINGS LODGE
SUPERVISOR: D.R. SUPERVISOR, ASSIST. G.M., G.M.
WAGE: HOURLY
HOURS: PART-TIME 16-32; FULL-TIME 32-40 HRS. PER WEEK
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/ equivalent or willing to obtain
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have or be willing to obtain food safety and sanitation certificate
- Must have of be willing to obtain beverage service certificate and bartenders license
- Strong math and reading skills
- Strong written and oral communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be dependable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily shift reports and daily dining room job duties
- Interact and provide quality customer service to guests in taking and delivering food and beverage orders and information
- Prepare, stock and maintain work areas keeping them clean, neat and sanitary
- Help in the Lounge when needed
- Keep public areas clean and neat
- Arrive and be prepared to work on time as scheduled
- Attend all meetings and training sessions required
- Assist supervisor with staff training and meetings
- Learn about and ensure proper use chemicals related to department
- Follow and ensure company and department policies and procedures
- Assist guests and co-workers as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
