EMPLOYMENT
POSITION: SECURITY GUARD
LOCATION: INDIAN SPRINGS LODGE
SUPERVISOR: G,M., ASSIST G.M., & RESTAURANT MANAGER
WAGE: HOURLY
HOURS: PART-TIME 16-32 HRS; FULL-TIME 32-40
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/ equivalent or willing to obtain
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Wisconsin drivers license
- Must have a good driving record approved by company insurance
- Must be dependable
- Must have first aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong reading and math skills
- Must be certified or experience in related field
- Must be able to deal with a variety of guest and law authorities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol all areas of the building and grounds on foot and in a vehicle
- Verify cash deposit for the restaurant and front desk
- Complete all shift reports
- Investigate all complaints regarding guests
- Notify law officials of unlawful acts and/or behaviors
- Assist law enforcement as needed
- Complete documentation of all incidents, accidents or complaints that occurs on shift
- Attend all meetings and training sessions required
- Learn about and ensure proper use chemicals related to department
- Follow and ensure company and department policies and procedures
- Assist guests and co-workers as needed
- Drive guest shuttle as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
