EMPLOYMENT
POSITION: HOUSEKEEPER
LOCATION: INDIAN SPRINGS LODGE
SUPERVISOR: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
WAGE: HOURLY
HOURS: PART-TIME ARE 16 TO 32 HRS. FULL-TIME IS 32 TO 40 HRS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/ equivalent or willing to obtain
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be dependable and have good interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock all housekeeping areas
- Clean all hotel rooms and public space as assigned
- Take soiled linens to laundry room
- Collect and document all items left by guests in rooms and/or public areas
- Complete work orders for any building and/or equipment repairs that are needed
- Complete assigned work in allotted time
- Assist guests and co-workers as needed
- Learn about and properly use chemicals related to job
- Attending meetings and training sessions as assigned
- Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
